Drafting, review and explanation of instructions to conduct recruitment for the position in order to test the United States labor market. Monitoring of the recruitment process to ensure DOL compliance. Review of evidence in support of the recruitment process.

Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) Report

Drafting of the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) Report for the employer’s final review and signature and assembly of documentation in support of the report.

Labor Certification Drafting

Drafting of the Application for Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 9089) for the employer’s and employee’s final review.

Labor Certification Filing

Online filing of the Application for Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 9089) with the DOL.

Case Monitoring

Monitoring of the case progress using scheduled online status inquiries and automatic email updates.

Audit

Review and response to DOL audit requesting evidence in support of the recruitment process and other relevant issues (if required).

Status Update and Advice

Providing clients with real time updates of changes in case status as well as advice and response to client questions.
