Sample U.S. Embassy Interview Questions

Free Consultation »

It is our opinion that the United States embassy interview is the most crucial stage of the process. At the interview, the consular officer will question your fiancé(e), in detail, in order to determine the legitimacy of your relationship. If the consular officer concludes that you and your fiancé(e) have a genuine relationship and bona-fide intent to marry, then the fiancé(e) visa will be approved.

The consular officer’s determination is based largely upon your fiancé(e)’s responses to questions. Please note that the sample questions below are the result of our years of experience with this type of case and are intended as a basic guide only.
